Students created their own sun design inspired by the art of the Aztec and Huichol tribes of Mexico. Students then used markers and rainbow order to create a striking pattern and visual effect.

Symbol of You Logo Designs
7th & 8th Grade, 1st Semester
Completed Aug. 24th, 2017
Students designed a logo to represent themselves that incorporated five of their favorite things while using the Principles of Design such as unity and balance.
Impressionist Memory Paintings!
6th Grade, 1st Rotation
Completed Aug. 22nd, 2017
Students chose a memory to draw and added texture and color with a unique watercolor marker and wax resist technique in order to make it look more impressionist than realistic.
