Students chose a memory to illustrate while using perspective techniques to make their drawing seem 3-dimensional. Students added texture and color with a unique watercolor marker and wax resist technique.

Chinese Inspired Dragons with Printed Borders

7th & 8th Grade, 2nd Semester

Students created their own dragon drawing inspired by Chinese New Year dragons. They then created a small stamp to incorporate into the border of their finished artwork.

Australian Aboriginal Art

Students created their own Aborigine inspired artwork using many patterns and vibrant colors.
